You can order from 10 patches. The price per patch drops at 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 pieces, so larger runs are considerably better value.
Are there any setup or artwork fees?
No. There are no setup fees, no artwork fees and no charge for revisions to your proof. The price shown in the calculator is the price per patch.
How long does production take?
Standard orders are delivered in 10–12 working days after you approve your proof. Priority turnaround of 6–8 working days is available: ask for it when you request your quotation. If you have a fixed event date, tell us when you order and we will confirm whether we can meet it.
What is the difference between genuine leather and faux leather?
Genuine leather is real cowhide. It has a natural grain, varies slightly from patch to patch and ages with wear. Faux leather (PU) and microfibre are synthetic: more uniform, available in more colours and generally more water resistant. Both engrave well — the choice usually comes down to the look you want and your budget.
What file formats can I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the sharpest result. We also accept high-resolution PNG and JPG files. If you only have a sketch or a low-resolution logo, send it anyway — our design team will redraw it for you free of charge.
How are the patches attached?
Sew-on patches are supplied loose for you to stitch on. It is the most durable fit and is standard for caps. We also offer iron-on, peel-and-stick adhesive and hook & loop (often called Velcro®) backings. If you order patch caps from us, we stitch the patch on for you.
