You can order from 10 patches. The price per patch drops at 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 pieces, so larger runs are considerably better value.

No. There are no setup fees, no artwork fees and no charge for revisions to your proof. The price shown in the calculator is the price per patch, before VAT.

Standard orders are delivered in 10–12 working days after you approve your proof. Priority turnaround of 6–8 working days is available at checkout. If you have a fixed event date, tell us when you order and we will confirm whether we can meet it.

Genuine leather is real cowhide. It has a natural grain, varies slightly from patch to patch and ages with wear. Faux leather (PU) and microfibre are synthetic: more uniform, available in more colours and generally more water resistant. Both engrave well — the choice usually comes down to the look you want and your budget.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the sharpest result. We also accept high-resolution PNG and JPG files. If you only have a sketch or a low-resolution logo, send it anyway — our design team will redraw it for you free of charge.

Sew-on is the most durable and is standard for caps. We also offer iron-on, peel-and-stick adhesive and hook-and-loop backings. If you order patch caps from us, we stitch the patch on for you.

Yes. Request a sample pack and we will post you a selection of our leathers, finishes and colours so you can see and feel them before committing to an order.

Prices are shown excluding VAT, with the VAT-inclusive figure alongside. VAT at 20% is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.

Our leather patches are cut, engraved and finished in our own workshop, established in 2022. For some large cap orders we use a trusted production partner, working to the same specification. Whoever makes your order, our own team prepares your proof and checks the finished goods.
