Patches for caps & hats
Supplying your own caps? Order the patches here with a sew-on backing and apply them yourself, or contact us to arrange application on caps you supply. Want the whole cap? We supply finished leather patch caps on Yupoong blanks, with your patch stitched on, from 12 caps.
Size the patch to the cap. A patch that suits the tall front of a trucker can swamp a low-profile dad cap, so we size your patch to the front panel: typically around 7 × 5 cm on a trucker, and smaller on a dad cap. Most cap patches are between 5 and 8 cm wide.
Sew-on is the most durable backing and is standard for caps. A rounded rectangle, with softened corners, is the classic cap patch.

How are the patches attached?
Sew-on patches are supplied loose for you to stitch on. It is the most durable fit and is standard for caps. We also offer iron-on, peel-and-stick adhesive and hook & loop (often called Velcro®) backings. If you order patch caps from us, we stitch the patch on for you.
