This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or order from us, why we collect it, who we share it with and the rights you have. We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order.

2. What we collect and why
We collect information you give us through our forms, by email or when you order, and a small amount of technical data.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. International transfers
Some of these organisations are outside the United Kingdom, including our workshop in South Africa and our website host in the United States. Where your information is transferred to a country that the UK does not recognise as providing adequate protection, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards that apply.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 24 months, so we can help if you come back to us.
- Orders, invoices and payment records: six years after the end of the financial year, as UK tax law requires.
- Your artwork and approved proofs: for as long as you are a customer, so repeat orders match exactly. Ask us and we will delete them sooner.
- Technical logs held by our hosting provider: a short period, typically no more than 30 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information, where we no longer have a reason to keep it;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your information;
- ask us to transfer information you gave us to another organisation;
- withdraw any consent you have given, at any time.
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 1. We will respond within one month. There is normally no charge.
7. How we protect it
This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to handle your order, and our systems are protected by access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
