Sizing the patch before choosing the cap
A patch that suits the tall front of a trucker can swamp a low-profile dad cap. We size your patch to the front panel of the cap you choose — typically around 7 × 5 cm on a trucker, smaller on a dad cap.

Detail that is too fine for leather
Hairline strokes and text under 2 mm high can fill in when engraved. Our designers simplify where needed and your proof shows exactly how your logo will look.

Not allowing time for the proof
Production is counted from the day you approve your proof, not the day you order. If you have an event date, tell us up front and we will plan backwards from it.

Sewn on, as standard. Stitching is the most durable method and gives the finished, retail look customers expect.
Can I supply my own caps?
Yes. Order the patches on their own and choose sew-on backing, or contact us to arrange application on caps you supply.
